Ablakwa pointed out several key issues:
- Massive Financial Losses: The BoG has reportedly incurred losses amounting to GHC 60.8 billion, which he states is unprecedented.
- Illegal Printing of Money: The Governor is accused of illegally printing GHC 77 billion in currency without parliamentary approval, which violates Section 30 of the BoG's own regulations.
- Lack of Transparency: The BoG's management has been criticized for a lack of transparency and accountability in its dealings.
